Hi everybody,
some info about me.
I live in Firenze, I'm an architect and I work with videos. Don't know much about electronics.

Some info about me and what I do:
Lately I had the chance to direct two workshops in Prato called Low Tech Clips, about making videos with accessible technologies:

This is a website with some projects I developed together with the driftingmedia collective, based in Firenze:

I also like to repair bicycles :)

[Brugola Rossa is an independent bicycle repair workshop in Firenze].

day 2

I wrote many things about me but not much about Arduino :)

This is a link to a short video shot during the second day of the workshop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vv8sKOC4RWg.

After many efforts, and with the help of Massimo, Gianluca and Neill I managed to do this (I know, the circuit is a shame :) but it worked):

A potentiometer, the black one on the left, controls the brithness of a green LED. Then a LDR (Light Dependent Resistor), according to the brightness of the LED controls the velocity of a motor (the one on the rigt).

day 3

The last day.
Giacomo, Emanuele and me formed a group. Our aim was to build a machine able to move towards the light.
We called it 'Turbolight', or, as Neill suggested, 'Turbolight 7000' (thanks Neill).

Despite of its fancy 80's-like name, 'Turbolight' prototype, once finished, was not able to move. It was too heavy.
:(
