Report of an unusual saturday.
Saturday on 10th june 2006 id-lab+Salone Gemma(faltwerksalon) have organized a special event in Trieste. to take part at this event you need a special map of Triest and a mobile phone.

On friday I met Claudio and Kathrin and we arranged all the work. At the end of this day I discovered that it was Claudio's birthday.
Happy Bithday Claudio!
On saturday morning we finished to prepare the space. We had few minutes of panic, because the projection of the video didn't work... Finally Paolo came and the projection miraculously worked. Then everything was ok and the people started to come. Claudio explained the rules of the game. And we splited in groups.
Ailadi, Marco, Giorgio and me we went to discover the "no way out". We went to see the frontiers crossing
but we didn't pass the frontier because we need the resident card... travelling aroud to see the "foibe" and the "doline" we started to be hungry.
So we started to look around to find an "osmizza" short explanation: ( L'osmizza prende il nome da osem, "otto" in sloveno, e nasce dalla consuetudine di vendere, tradizionalmente per otto giorni, i prodotti dell'agricoltura e dell'allevamento: quindi vino ma anche pancette, salami, prosciutti, ossocollo, porcina con il kren e formaggi Tabor soprattutto.) We had an amzing luch especially because we drunk Terrano. It is a good red wine.
Then we came back to the city and we saw some famous cafeteria. We went in the illy cafeteria, but with surprise i discovered that has changed a lot from the last time that i went there. First it was design by Silvestrin. (mmmh)
(For whom doesn't know Silvestrin is the same architect that made "fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo"in Turin)
the people didn't like it so much. 
It wasn't a successful project. Now it looks like before but less minimal...
Then we came in San Marco cafeteria...
We drunk hausbrandt coffe and of course illy coffe. for "par condicio" we drunk the two coffes of Triest.
Then we came back to the Salone for the aperitivo. We helped Caludio to prepare everything. Ailadi was wrestling with the buffet...

During the evening we projected the map with the sms and mms of the day.

The dj had a really nice pleace inside the Salone. he had no chance to escape.
